What Operators Tell Us Keeps Them Up

Health Inspection Scores

A single failed swab or an out-of-spec sanitizer bucket can drop your letter grade overnight. Your sanitation system has to be idiot-proof when the inspector walks in unannounced.

Staff Turnover

New hires cycle through every month and the sanitizer routine has to survive them. Products that are simple to dispense, test, and document save your managers from repeat training.

Cost Per Use

Food-service margins are thin. Concentrate dilution, long-life spray bottles, and dispensers that meter accurately keep cost-per-day predictable without cutting corners on efficacy.

Food Service FAQs

Can I use Alpet D2 in a three-compartment sink?

Alpet D2 is primarily a spray-and-walk-away no-rinse sanitizer rather than a dip-tank concentrate. Most operators use it on prep surfaces and for food-contact spot sanitation, and pair it with a traditional quat or chlorine product in the third-compartment sink. Your local health department may have specific ppm rules — our team can help you build a program that matches.

Is Alpet D2 safe on cutting boards and food contact surfaces?

Yes. Alpet D2 is FDA-compliant under 21 CFR 178.1010 for food contact surfaces and does not require a potable water rinse at labeled use. Spray, allow the 60-second contact time, then let it air dry.

How do we train new staff on your products?

We provide wall-chart training posters, SDS binders, and short product-specific guides you can hang in the prep area. Because D2 is a ready-to-use spray with no dilution math, training is usually measured in minutes, not shifts.

Do you offer volume pricing for multi-unit operators?

Yes. Multi-unit chains, franchise groups, and catering operators get volume pricing, standardized ordering, and a single point of contact for new store setups. Share your unit count and we'll put together a proposal.
